Refund Policy - the basics

WomenWorks Global deeply values every contribution that supports our mission. Because donations help fund ongoing programs, training, and community initiatives, most gifts are considered final and non‑refundable.

However, we understand that errors can happen. Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • A donation was made by mistake

  • The wrong amount was entered

  • A duplicate transaction occurred

  • A technical or processing error took place

 

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction. After this period, we may not be able to reverse or adjust contributions.

 

WomenWorks Global does not store full payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through third‑party payment providers.
